Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping Policy

  • My Baby’s Emporium takes reasonable care to ensure that all products are securely packaged.
  • However, My Baby’s Emporium is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during shipping once the products leave our warehouse.
  • Customers must report any shipping damage directly to the courier/carrier used for delivery.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be made promptly with the carrier; My Baby’s Emporium will assist as reasonably possible.

2. Refunds and Returns Policy

  • Customers may request a refund for change of mind returns within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
  • Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, and show no signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for the following products:
    • Nonis Knits
    • Wire Art
    • Any personalised or custom-made items.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, My Baby’s Emporium will issue a refund for the purchase price, less any original and return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned items.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted under the same terms as the Refunds and Returns Policy, excluding items listed as non-refundable above.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt, and the replacement item will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

4. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

  • My Baby’s Emporium guarantees that all goods sold comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumer guarantees.
  • Under the ACL, consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • This does not limit any rights or remedies that the consumer has under the ACL.
  • Customers should contact My Baby’s Emporium promptly if they believe their goods are defective or not fit for purpose.

5. General

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales.
  • My Baby’s Emporium reserves the right to amend or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • By purchasing from My Baby’s Emporium and/or participating in the Flash Sale, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

6. Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

  • The Flash Sale (“Promotion”) is valid from Friday 8:00 PM to Sunday 11:59 PM (local time).
  • To redeem the Promotion, customers must enter the promo code FLASH at checkout.
  • The Promotion entitles the customer to a 20% discount on eligible baby clothing items only, including baby shirts.
  • A minimum purchase of AUD $49 (before shipping and taxes) is required to qualify for the discount.
  • The Promotion is limited to one use per customer during the Promotion period.
  • The Promotion excludes gift boxes, toys, and any products not explicitly categorized as baby clothing.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, or coupon.
  • All sale prices are subject to product availability and may be withdrawn or modified at My Baby’s Emporium’s sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Shipping fees are not discounted and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
