Shipping

We use AusPost and Sendle for postage. For most orders, it will arrive between 2-5 business days to most areas. Where possible we will provide you with a delivery tracking reference.

Pick up from our shop / Markets.

We can arrange for your order to be available for pick up from our Engadine address, or at one of the markets we attend. Please add a note to the order as to where you would like to pick it up.

Personalised items

We usually put our turn around time for personalised orders on the product description page. However, as worse case scenario item will usually be made within 7 days of the order been placed. If your order is urgent, please send us an email and we can advise of current turn around times.

How long to ship my order?

We will pack and send all in stock (Non personalised items) within 1 business days of placing your order.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:

Personalised Items

All personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made just for you.

Non-Personalised Items

Returns are accepted on non-personalised items under the following conditions:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in unused, new condition, and unopened.
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our returns policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t perform as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL guidelines.
